Returns and Refunds Policy
Return Period
The customer has the right to request a return within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.
To initiate a return, it is necessary to contact us in advance via email: info@pristinpro.com.
Conditions for Product Return
For the return to be accepted, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, with all accessories, instructions, and documentation, as well as the purchase receipt.
We may reject the return if the product has been used, damaged after receipt, returned incomplete, or without the original packaging and its components.
If the customer wishes to receive another product, they must process the return of the received product according to this policy and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs
The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged during transport, or sent in error.
Returns sent without prior authorization via email will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Sent Products
The customer must review the order upon receipt.
If the product arrives damaged, has a defect, or does not match the order placed, it is necessary to contact us as soon as possible at: info@pristinpro.com.
We will review the incident and offer an appropriate solution: repair, return of the product, or refund.
Refund
After receiving and reviewing the returned product, we will inform the customer if the refund has been approved or not.
If the refund is approved, the amount will be returned via the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product or from the moment the customer provides proof of its shipment.
The final refund period may depend on the bank, PayPal, or the entity managing the payment method.
