Shipping Policy

Pristin Pro ships orders via courier services. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number, provided by the carrier.

Where do we ship from?

All orders are prepared and shipped from the Pristin Pro warehouse in Alicante, Spain.

Order processing and delivery times

Please see below our standard order processing and delivery times:

Order cut-off time: 4:00 p.m., Madrid time. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. will begin processing on the next business day.

Order processing time: 1–2 business days.

Carrier transit time: 4–7 business days.

Total estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days from the order date.

Note: The time frames indicated are estimates. Delays may occur due to peak periods, holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances related to the carrier.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on the order conditions. The final shipping cost will be shown to the customer on the payment page before confirming and paying for the purchase.

Order tracking

After shipment, the customer will receive an email with tracking information, whenever such information is available. If the customer does not receive tracking details, they can contact us by email: info@pristinpro.com.

Delivery issues

  • Delivery address: The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed. In some cases, an additional fee may be required to resend the order. If the customer notices an error in the address after placing the order, they must contact us as soon as possible: info@pristinpro.com.
  • Customer not present at delivery: If the courier does not find the customer at the indicated address, the carrier may attempt delivery again or leave the order at a pickup point. The customer must pay attention to notifications from the carrier.
  • Delivery delay: If the order is not delivered within the indicated estimated time frame, the customer can contact us at: info@pristinpro.com. We will review the available information about the shipment and delivery status with the carrier.
  • Damage during transport: The customer is advised to check the order after receiving it. If the product or packaging has been damaged during transport, the customer must contact us by email: info@pristinpro.com. In the email, we recommend including the order number and attaching photos of the product and packaging.
